Cancellation Policy

Deposits will be lost and non transferable if cancellations are made within 48 hours of your appointment time, Please make sure you are ready on time for your appointment, Due to having a tight schedule i can only allow a 15 minute window if you are running late and will be classed as a cancelation if it goes over. This is non negotiable as it is a loss of earnings so please reschedule if you cannot make it at least 24 hours before to avoid losing your deposit. If for any reason you are not happy with your treatment or nails please let me know before I leave so it can be rectified, Gel only lasts around 2-3 weeks and natural wear and tear happens so please wear gloves when cleaning or near any chemicals . Nail fixes are chargeable after the first week if it is of no fault of your own , No refunds on any nail appointments or treatments so please speak up straight away if you are not happy so it can be fixed 😃
